  • Use pillows, blankets, and an eye covering to make yourself cozy and warm
  • Close your eyes and simply listen to the live guided meditation
  • No movement is required—just rest and receive
  • You are welcome to keep your camera off for privacy and full relaxation
  • You’ll be muted, so you can fully relax without distractions
