🌑✨ The Long Exhale: A Winter Solstice Sound Bath + Guided Meditation ✨🌑

🌑✨ The Long Exhale: A Winter Solstice Sound Bath + Guided Meditation ✨🌑

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year — a sacred pause in the turning of the seasons. It is an invitation to slow down, soften, and release. To take a deep breath in… and a long exhale out.

This gathering honors the closing of the year and the quiet wisdom of the dark. Together, we’ll rest in stillness, letting go of what we no longer need to carry, while gently making space for the light that is returning. 🌘✨

Join me for a nourishing afternoon of guided meditation + sound healing, held by the grounding, calming vibrations of:
🌊 Ocean Drum
🔔 Tibetan Singing Bowls
💎 Crystal Singing Bowls
✨ Chimes
🌀 Gong

After our sound journey, we’ll move into a Winter Solstice ritual — creating a pinecone wish ornament, infusing it with our hopes and intentions for 2026. These wishes will later be burned, symbolizing surrender, trust, and the transformation of intention into possibility. 🔥🌲

✨ Bring: a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, and your open heart

Zoom Private 1 on 1 Yoga Session 60min

What is a Private 1-on-1 Yoga Session?
A private yoga session is a personalized 60-minute experience designed specifically for you. After a brief conversation about your goals, needs, and where you are on your physical, emotional, or spiritual journey, we’ll create a session that meets you exactly where you are—whether that means gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, strength-building, or stress relief.

This is your time to reconnect with yourself, move with intention, and receive full attention and support in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Benefits of Private Yoga

  • Practice tailored to your unique body, experience level, and goals
  • One-on-one attention for alignment, breath, and form
  • Build confidence and deepen your practice at your own pace
  • Address specific concerns: stress, flexibility, strength, injury recovery, or emotional well-being
  • Cultivate mindfulness, inner balance, and self-awareness
  • A supportive and safe space to ask questions and explore your practice
  • No pressure, no comparison—just you and your journey

How It Works on Zoom

Your private session takes place in the comfort of your own home, with all the benefits of in-person guidance—minus the travel or studio pressure. Here’s how it flows:

  • We begin with a short conversation to check in and clarify your goals for the session
  • You’ll set up your space with a yoga mat, props (if you have them), and anything that helps you feel supported (blankets, blocks, cushions, etc.)
  • I’ll guide you through a customized 60-minute practice via Zoom
  • You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off, depending on your comfort level
  • You’ll receive real-time guidance, adjustments (verbal), and support throughout
  • We close the session with time to reflect, ask questions, or integrate with breath or stillness

A private yoga session is more than just movement—it's a transformative self-care practice. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, manage stress, build strength, or reconnect with your inner self, this one-on-one time offers space for healing, growth, and presence.

Zoom Yoga Nidra 45min

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a deeply restful, guided meditation practice designed to bring you into a state of conscious relaxation. While your body rests, your mind enters a calm and receptive state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing for healing, clarity, and profound inner awareness.

Benefits of Yoga Nidra

  • Reduces stress and anxiety
  • Improves sleep and helps relieve insomnia
  • Enhances mental clarity and focus
  • Supports emotional healing and balance
  • Promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation
  • Helps regulate the nervous system
  • Can release unconscious patterns and limiting beliefs
  • A 45-minute session can feel as restorative as 3–4 hours of deep rest for the body, mind, and spirit

How It Works in a Zoom Class

In this online Yoga Nidra session, you'll be guided through the entire practice from the comfort of your own home. Here's what to expect:

  • Set up your space for relaxation: lie down on a bed, couch, or yoga mat
  • Use pillows, blankets, and an eye covering to make yourself cozy and warm
  • Close your eyes and simply listen to the live guided meditation
  • No movement is required—just rest and receive
  • You are welcome to keep your camera off for privacy and full relaxation
  • You’ll be muted, so you can fully relax without distractions

Yoga Nidra is a transformative practice—accessible to everyone—that invites deep rest while awakening your inner wisdom. Many people experience powerful shifts in their mindset, emotions, and overall well-being simply by showing up and surrendering to stillness.
